Studio Project for school done in late 2018 and early 2019.
Our brief was to create a publication, poster and a collateral on a chosen town, and the town that I have selected is Kampong Glam.
The concept was a journal entry on spending a day at Kampong Glam. The name "Dawn till Dusk" is used to show morning till night, where I spent 12 hours in Kampong Glam, documenting my experience.
My final poster to provide visitors information on when and where the publication would be released. The idea behind this poster was to make it look like a page from a planner. Hence, there was the date and month written on it on the top, as well as the first bullet point in which states the time and place. The little to-do at the bottom was also a brief overview of what my publication would be about.
The post-it with my project title on it was to give it a more spontaneous vibe. My concept for my project title was to make use of shadows from different time of the days, to portray my "12 hours". Therefore, OI made use of the different length of shadows at three different point of days.
